Return Policy
Order Cancellation / Pre-Order Cancellation
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to shipment. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, orders that have already been processed, picked, or prepared for shipment cannot be canceled. Due to processing timelines, submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order will be stopped.
Pre-order items may ship earlier than the estimated ship date. Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment process, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be subject to the standard return policy below.

Standard Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking).
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, less:
- Original shipping charges (if applicable)
- Applicable restocking fees (see below)
Wonderland Amusements reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Restocking Fee
Due to the size, handling, and logistics associated with our products, approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price.
Restocking fees are applied at the discretion of Wonderland Amusements based on product condition and return circumstances.
Shipping charges (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for items that:
- Have been assembled or installed
- Show signs of use, wear, or damage
- Have been modified or altered in any way
- Are not returned in original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items

These cases are handled under our Warranty Policy, and our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Authorization & Instructions
All returns require prior authorization.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions.
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Wonderland Amusements is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
