Warranty Policy

Coverage Duration

Wonderland Amusements warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized retailers and is valid for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that materially affect:

  • Product assembly
  • Mechanical function
  • Electrical components
  • Intended gameplay performance

If a defect is confirmed, Wonderland Amusements will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Provide replacement parts
  • Replace the product (if necessary)

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused during return shipping initiated by the customer
  • Commercial, rental, or non-residential use (unless explicitly approved)

Natural material variations (including wood, finishes, or printed surfaces) are not considered defects.

  • Proof of purchase

Warranty claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be delayed or denied.

Service & Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Wonderland Amusements will provide instructions for resolution.

This may include:

  • Troubleshooting steps
  • Shipment of replacement parts
  • Product return or exchange (if required)

Customers may be responsible for certain shipping costs depending on the nature of the claim.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderland Amusements shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Relationship to Return Policy

This warranty operates independently of the Return Policy.

Returns for non-defective products must follow the terms outlined in the Return Policy, including eligibility requirements and restocking fees.
