Wonderland Amusements Limited Warranty

At Wonderland Amusements, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your machine with confidence.

Wonderland Amusements warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from Wonderland Amusements or from an authorized Wonderland Amusements retailer or dealer.

What Is Covered

During the one-year warranty period, Wonderland Amusements will, at its discretion, repair or replace components determined to be defective due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

Depending on the nature of the issue, Wonderland Amusements may provide replacement parts, troubleshooting assistance, repair instructions, or other reasonable solutions to resolve a covered warranty claim.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear that occurs through normal use.

• Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper storage.

• Damage caused during moving, transportation, or shipping after the product has been delivered to the customer.

• Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or operation.

• Exposure to water, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or other unsuitable environmental conditions.

• Commercial, public, rental, or other non-residential use unless otherwise approved in writing by Wonderland Amusements.

• Power surges, improper electrical connections, or use with an incorrect power source.

• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, replacement parts, or accessories.

• Damage caused by third-party components or accessories not sold or approved by Wonderland Amusements.

Modifications & Unauthorized Repairs

Wonderland Amusements understands that many owners enjoy customizing their machines. However, modifications can affect the operation, safety, and reliability of the product.

Damage, defects, or failures resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, replacement parts, or accessories are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Modifications to the product's electrical system, wiring, mechanical assemblies, cabinet, playfield, software, or other factory-installed components may void warranty coverage for any components or systems affected by those modifications.

Installing accessories, upgrades, or replacement components sold or specifically approved by Wonderland Amusements will not void your warranty when installed according to Wonderland Amusements' instructions.

If you are unsure whether a modification or accessory may affect your warranty coverage, we recommend contacting Wonderland Amusements Support before installation.

Replacement Parts & Returns

For certain warranty claims, Wonderland Amusements may send a replacement component before receiving the original defective component.

When a defective component must be returned, Wonderland Amusements may require a refundable deposit before shipping the replacement. The deposit will be refunded after the original component is returned within the required return period and in accordance with the provided return instructions.

Failure to return the original component may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or the customer being responsible for the replacement component's cost.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your Wonderland Amusements product during the warranty period, please contact our Support team.

When submitting a warranty claim, please be prepared to provide:

• Your name and contact information.

• Your order number or other proof of purchase.

• The product name and, when applicable, serial number.

• A description of the issue.

• Photos or video demonstrating the issue when requested.

Our Support team may ask you to perform reasonable troubleshooting steps to help diagnose the problem before replacement parts or other warranty service are provided.

Warranty Service

Wonderland Amusements will determine the appropriate method of resolving an approved warranty claim based on the nature of the issue.

Warranty service may include troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair of defective components, or replacement of a component with a new or functionally equivalent component.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not include reimbursement for third-party labor, service calls, installation services, transportation, or other expenses incurred without prior written authorization from Wonderland Amusements.

Additional Terms

Replacement or repaired components provided under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period. They remain covered for the remainder of the original product's applicable warranty period, unless otherwise required by law.

This Limited Warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship and does not guarantee against normal deterioration or damage caused by circumstances outside the control of Wonderland Amusements.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or jurisdiction. Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
