We strongly recommend contacting our support team first before ordering. Many issues can be resolved without needing a new part.

Important: TMNT Pinball uses custom mechanical components. Do not attempt to install commercial pinball parts from other machines (Stern, Jersey Jack, etc.) — doing so may cause damage.

Alice Pinball is designed for home use only. It is not equipped with coin operation, and its construction is meant for casual, private gameplay — not for continuous, heavy-duty use in public spaces.

Alice Pinball is a great fit for players ages 8 and up, though adult supervision is recommended.

It combines physical gameplay with digital features that resonate with younger players, including animated characters and helpful voice prompts.

While Alice does include sound effects and voiceovers (with adjustable volume), most questions we get are about the mechanical noise.

It’s much quieter than a commercial machine, and unlikely to disturb neighbors — even in apartments or upstairs/downstairs living situations. That said, it’s not totally silent and does make satisfying clacks and pops during play.

Alice Pinball plugs into any standard 120V household outlet using the included 6-foot power cord.

There are no special power requirements.

Fully assembled, the machine weighs about 125 pounds and can be easily moved by two adults.

No. Alice Pinball is not a limited edition. We plan to produce as many as we can reasonably support to meet demand.

That said, availability may fluctuate depending on production cycles, so pre-ordering guarantees your spot in line.

Yes. Alice Pinball has built-in Wi-Fi to receive software updates.

Simply open the menu, select your network, and trigger the update, no PC or special cables required.

Yes, Alice Pinball tracks local high scores and also connects to our server to share top global scores.

It’s a fun way to compare your progress with others while keeping your best scores saved at home.

We don’t yet have a public showroom or in-store retail presence, but we’re working on it.

In the meantime, we’re providing detailed videos and walkthroughs online to help you explore the machine before buying.

Alice Pinball ships flat-packed in two boxes, approximately 70 pounds each, and is delivered by standard carriers like UPS or FedEx.

Assembly takes about 2.5 hours using the provided Allen keys and a user-supplied Phillips head screwdriver. No special tools or prior experience required.

Returns are accepted only for unopened and unassembled machines, within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply based on timing and condition.

If your machine arrives damaged in transit, please contact us with photos and a description — we’ll verify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We currently only ship to the United States.

However, we’re exploring international distribution and will share announcements once we’re ready to support other regions.
